A. It should arrive within 7-14 business days. Sometimes it can take up to 21 business days. If after 30 days, you haven’t received it, please let us know.
A. Be sure to check your spam, junk, and bulk email folders if you haven’t seen the email and you are certain you are looking at the correct email inbox. Check your PayPal account or credit card statement to make sure that your order was processed correctly and the payment went through. Or you may have entered the wrong spelling of your email address.
You can also find all of your downloads in your online account under My Account at the top of the website. Login using the same email and password that you used when you created your account, and you will have access to files that were previously purchased.
A. Although most of these devices can stream audio and video, some of these won’t download and save the files to your device. To avoid this, we suggest you download your file first to a PC/Mac and transfer or sync the file to your device from there. That way you won’t have to re-download it every time you want to access the file. If you don’t know how to do this, contact the device’s manufacturer.
A. Your receipt email will show all the products you purchased. If you think there’s been a mistake, please email us.
